The step-thru frame of rear discharge lawn tractors, with no side-chutes, makes getting on and of your tractor easier. Designed for many years of heavy use and for towing with lawn and garden implements. The Platinum 75 DC lawn tractor is for those homeowners who require a large capacity garden tractor, but still require a superb lawn finish and a tractor that has to be highly manoeuvrable. When in use the extreme manoeuvrability of the tractor is immediately apparent. It has a turning radius of 21 "/53cm which is far better than many smaller tractors. The newly developed steering ensures a good positive feel with greater traction and control. The tight turning capabilities enhances the users' confidence to operate in those tight areas in your gardens. The large capacity 300 litre grassbox means more mowing and less emptying. Considerably reducing your mowing time. The grass box has the further advantage of being able to be emptied, easily, from the seated position. The FAST-ATTACH system for the cutter deck enables the deck to be detached and re-attached easily, in minutes. This has advantages for maintenance and cleaning, access through narrow gates and allows the deck to be detached, if required, when using one of the many towed accessories available from Agri-Fab. The cutting deck is fitted with twin cleaning nozzles, designed to fit standard hosepipe fittings, which are unique in that they are angled to ensure efficient cleaning of the deck, no rotting grass to impair mowing performance. In short this machine, the 2008 Edition Platinum 75-DC represents the very best in features, performance and value for money in todays' competetive market. The cut grass is driven into the catcher through a wide chute. There is a tow bar for attachments which is standard. Deflectors are available for use without the catcher fitted. The Platinum 75-DC Lawn Tractor has the hydrostatic drive system, which is a gearless forward and reverse operated by a single foot pedal with infinately variable speed control. The easy discharge system allows you to empty the 300 litre grass catcher from the operator's seat. The catcher also lifts directly off the back of the machine and can be removed to allow storage of the tractor in more confined spaces. This machine is fitted with a very powerful 20hp Kohler Command Twin Cylinder Engine for high performance, reliability and longevity. The Platinum 75-DC Lawn Tractor has a 8 litre petrol tank for more endurance and more time between refueling.
